Getting your Personal Nerd is as easy as 1-2-3:

	Call your local Personal Nerd location to schedule a date and time for your service call. We'll review your options, rates, and our terms of service.
	At the start of the service apppointment, Personal Nerd will provide a checklist of requested services, an estimate of charges (if applicable), and obtain your approval to commence work. Please make sure someone 18 years of age or older is present for your appointment.
	Your Personal Nerd will then begin working to solve your problem. When the call is completed, your Personal Nerd will provide you with an invoice detailing the time and applicable charges. Payment is due and payable directly to your Personal Nerd at that time. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.
