Conquer small problems and large projects with a Personal Nerd. Personal Nerd provides troubleshooting, repairs, minor upgrades, and installation on a wide range of computers, audio/video components, and networking gear - whether you bought it from us or someone else. For services that typically take less than a day, Personal Nerd charges $80 per hour for a skilled technician - billed in 15 minute increments.  You have the choice of coming to our Laboratory or having a Personal Nerd come to your home.  We'll discuss your options when you call and decide together what's best.  If you elect to have us come to you, we charge a flat $40 trip charge.

On larger projects like whole-house wiring, home theaters, or other major upgrades, Personal Nerd will provide a detailed estimate for our products and services.

Getting your Personal Nerd is as easy as 1-2-3:

	Call your local Personal Nerd location to schedule a date and time for your service call. You can also stop by one of our Labs or email us at info@personalnerd.com.
	Personal Nerd will ask you to sign a copy of the Personal Nerd Service Agreement. Your signature ensures that we are all in agreement on pricing and grants your Personal Nerd permission to perform work on your equipment.
	Your Personal Nerd will then begin working to solve your problem. When the call is completed, your Personal Nerd will provide you with an invoice detailing the time and applicable charges. Payment is due and payable directly to your Personal Nerd at that time. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.
